A clinical psychologist by training (M.phil in clinical psychology from NIMHANS, Bangalore, India).

International Affiliate, American Psychologist Association (APA)

 Member of the International Association for Relational Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy (IARPP)

A psychotherapist by practice.

​

I believe at the heart of trauma, illness and suffering is a deep seated disconnect from your own self.

thereby true healing is then this journey to meet yourself where ever you are at.

The key is through developing a deeper and meaningful connection-

 

to the self

& 

to others.

​

Its truly a relationship that reveals and heals.

​

I try to live by this axiom in my personal life and by being a psychotherapist I strive to create a safe space for my clients to explore the same- build awareness into one's own self, through building a psycho-therapeutic relationship that's based in trust, authenticity, evidence based and ethical practices.

 

Vision

 My larger vision is that over the course of time, I play my bit in creating safe spaces for communities for everyone and healers in particular,

that's based in authenticity and ethical practice.
